On Friday, a federal magistrate court allowed Tom Barrack, who was charged with unlawful foreign lobbying, to be freed from custody pending trial on a bail package that included a $250 million bond and $5 million in cash. The judge also ordered Barrack to wear a GPS tracking device, prohibited him from moving any cash outside of the United States, and limited his travel to New York and California.
