Google has removed YouTube videos of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny after receiving a letter from Russia's Central Electoral Commission asking them to not interfere in their electoral process. The videos removed included protest rallies against pension reforms uploaded by Navalny and his followers. Navalny supporters criticised Google for giving into the illegal demands of the current Russian government.
