Afghanistan jail to release 100 Taliban fighters in exchange of 20 security members

The Afghan government had a discussion with the Taliban and finally they have agreed on a prisoner-swap, as part of confidence-building measures for the peace deal, that was signed between the US and the Taliban. Afghanistan government will release 100 Taliban fighters and the Taliban will release 20 security members of the Afghan govt. This is the 1st step towards a subsequent exchange of 6,000 Taliban prisoners.
