Amazon's bot on Twitter confused a sarcastic tweet on the political turmoil in Maharashtra for a customer complaint and responded to it. Columnist and author Samrat Choudhury took a dig at Maharashtra politics while mentioning Amazon in the tweet. Amazon than responded: "Apologies for any unpleasant experience you had with regard to the delivery of your orders." However, Amazon later deleted the tweet.
