After a video of a Gujarat BJP MLA Balram Thawani went viral for beating a woman, he got highly criticised for the act, and people demanded action against him. Now to escape the arrest, he came up with a compromise deal, by becoming her brother as she tied the 'rakhi' around his wrist. Earlier he was ordered to apologise to the woman for the act publically. Gujarat BJP president Jitubhai has condemned the act.
