AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said that the Lakhimpur Kheri violence incident that left 8 people including 4 farmers dead, was planned while adding that such an incident can not happen without permission "given from above". "If the car belonged to you or your family members, how are you still sitting as a minister? How are you saying that BJP is not responsible?" Owaisi said while referring to Union Minister Ajay Misra.
