How assets will be divided between the two UTs Ladakh and J&K?

On Tuesday, the Govt stated the formation of a 3-member advisory board to oversee the asset division for both Ladakh and J&K, two newly formed UT, which will officially come into being on Oct 31, 2019. Asset division would require proportionate arms and equipment division for police, motor division, and other resources."Legally, before the UT come into being, the exercise must be in place," an official said.
