Prime Minister Naftali Bennett spoke with Unilever CEO Alan Jope about the ice cream maker's "clear anti-Israel policy" of refusing to continue business in Palestinian territories. When the licence expires at the end of 2022, the ice cream producer has stated that it would not renew it. The firm intends to remain in Israel under a new agreement that prohibits sales in the West Bank, where Palestinians desire independence.
