Bernie Sanders has announced that he will be running for the presidency in 2020. In a mail to his supporters, he informed the news on Tuesday morning. In 2016 he started a campaign which helped energize the progressive movement and moved the Democratic party to the left. Winning this battle will help him accomplish his mission he started 3 years ago. Sanders will run as a Democrat along other candidates.
