The Bhartiya Janta Party's Delhi unit has announced a prize of Rs 1 lakh for a video that depicts the best message against the AAP government’s new excise policy. Delhi BJP president Adesh Gupta said that "a competition will be organised on social media" to select the best video. "The protest programme will begin with a signature campaign against the new excise policy," the Delhi BJP chief said.
