BJP is no more at no.1, Karnataka has proved at Urban Local Body elections

As the Lok Sabha election’19 are near, Karnataka has shown that BJP no more holds the no.1 position. Congress has come up as the single largest party in the Urban Local Body elections, the results revealed on Monday. Polling was for 102 Urban Bodies, nearly 814 candidates took part in polls. Where Congress won 982 seats, BJP won 929 seats. JD won 375 seats and BSP and others won 13 and 363 seats resp.
