Bolivian finance minister Oscar Ortiz has become the fourth cabinet member of the country to test positive for the novel coronavirus. Ortiz shared the news of him getting infected by posting a video message. Doctors have admitted him to the hospital for monitoring his condition. Interim President Jeanine Anez was also tested positive for the pandemic on Thursday and has been under home quarantine since then.
