Bolsonaro says SC judge suffers from "lack of moral courage" after latter ordered probe into Covid handling

A day after Supreme Court Justice Luis Roberto Barroso ordered an investigation into the handling of Coronavirus pandemic by the Jair Bolsonaro government, the President said that he was the victim of "judicial activism". "Barroso suffers from a lack of moral courage and an excess of judicial activism," the President said. He accused the Supreme Court of "playing politics along with the Senate" amid the pandemic.
