A top-level Indian delegate met the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Michelle Bachelet, and briefed her on the current situation in the union territory of J&K and also told her that it is fast returning to normalcy. This meet came after the MHA announced restoration of all landline connections in the valley & schools, health institutions functioning fully. Bachelet had earlier called on India to end lockdown in Kashmir.
