In a further setback to PM Boris Johnson, British MPs voted to delay a decision on Brexit deal, arguing they need more time to study contents before Oct 31 deadline. A defiant Johnson said 'I will not negotiate a delay with the EU & neither does the law compel me to do so'. He earlier argued that further delay would be pointless, expensive & deeply corrosive. He said he would rather be dead in a ditch than ask for more time.
