In another example of Taliban brutality, brother of former Afghanistan vice president - who has claimed presidential powers and duties, as acting president of Afghanistan since 17 August 2021 - Rohullah Saleh has reportedly been tortured and killed by the Taliban in Panjshir clashes. According to news reports, Rohullah Saleh was identified by the Taliban in Panjshir Valley during clashes on Thursday night.
