"CAA is no threat to Muslims, NPR essential for India": Rajinikanth

Megastar Rajinikanth said today that the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) is no threat to Muslims and if they face trouble, he will be the first person to raise voice for them. "How will Muslims who chose to stay back in India following Partition be sent out of the country?" he added. He also said the National Population Register (NPR) is necessary for the country. Rajini condemned the ongoing violence on the name of protests.
