Delhi's bureaucracy has finally decided to go green. The Energy Efficiency Services Ltd (EESL) has decided to purchase 10,000 battery-powered cars for the Union ministers and senior bureaucrats along with 4,000 charging stations in the NCR.These battery-powered sedans will run 120-150 km on a single charge in the 1st phase in the coming six months. Moreover, there will 300-400 Evs in the NDMC zone by November.
