China asked for 'Closed Consultations' on Kashmir Issue at UNSC

China has made a formal request to the UN Security Council for a 'closed consultation' to discuss India's decision to revoke Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan has also written a letter about it to Poland a few days ago and requested for an emergency meeting. The UN Diplomat has acknowledged the requests but they are yet to set a date for that as they need to discuss it with other council members first.
