This is the 4th time that China has blocked India's request to list JeM chief Masood Azhar as a global terrorist seeking more time for examination at the UN. China's decision has left India in disappointment. After the decision came, Cong president Rahul Gandhi slammed PM Modi for his 'China Diplomacy'. “Weak Modi is scared of (Chinese prez) Xi. Not a word comes out of his mouth when they act against India,” tweeted RaGa.
