China ready to talk to US if the effort is sincere

China said it is ready to talk to US about the ongoing trade war between the 2 nations. However, the effort must be sincere as no discussion can take place if US continues to put a knife at Beijing's throat. China said that US restrictions are responsible for the disputes and U.S didn't give any signals to resume the discussions yet. Chinese officials said that China won't sacrifice it's right to develop the economy.
