China refutes report of harvesting gene data from millions of women

China is in denial mode over reports that its gene company selling prenatal tests around the world developed them in collaboration with the country's military and is using them to collect genetic data from millions of women for sweeping research on the traits of populations. Global Times reported that the Chinese gene company BGI Group on Thursday refuted the review reports done by Reuters and termed it "factually incorrect."
