China slams Australia for advocating for COVID-19 probe

China’s foreign ministry has criticized Australia’s call for an independent probe into the coronavirus epidemic claiming it’s political maneuvering and asked Australia to end its ideological bias. Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Geng Shuang has also assured the country has no wildlife wet markets, following US Secretary of State Pompeo’s comments of urging China to close all wildlife wet markets in the country.
