CM BS Yeddyurappa inducts 17 MLAs as cabinet ministers

After assuming office on July 26 and proved his gov's majority on the floor of the Assembly on July 29, CM Yeddyurappa expands ministry for the first time as 17-member Karnataka Cabinet took oath at Raj Bhavan in Bengaluru today. Home minister Amit Shah approved 17 names to be inducted into the Karnataka cabinet on Monday night after which Yediyurappa has written a letter to Governor for them to be sworn in on Tuesday.
