Ved Prakash Solanki, a Congress MLA from Rajasthan, has claimed that attempts were made to honeytrap him. "I cannot say whether the honey trap attempts were made by a faction in the Congress party or the BJP. The police did not act on our complaint", Solanki said. The MLA said he had given a complaint to the Jaipur police around two months ago but the police refused to register the complaint. He also targeted the Ashok Gehlot camp.
