Congress passes deal to avert shutdown, Trump plans emergency declaration to build wall

The controversial border security agreement to build a border wall between US and Mexico has been approved by the US Congress to prevent another phase of damaging government shutdown. President Trump is preparing to sign the govt funding bill and he will also take other executive decisions including declaring an emergency. The lawmakers were relieved to avoid another partial US government shutdown.
