The Supreme Court today closed an inquiry that was set up after former Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi was accused of sexual harassment. "The Justice Patnaik report acknowledges the existence of a conspiracy against the ex-Chief Justice and it cannot be ruled out," the top court said while adding that the inquiry panel couldn't find electronic records. The court said conspiracies could be linked to tough decisions taken by the ex-CJI.
