Aam Aadmi Party's national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday promised that his party will provide free electricity up to 300 units per month if voted to power in Gujarat. While addressing mediapersons, he said this is the first guarantee to the people of Gujarat and the party will roll out other guarantees in phases.
