Delhi govt plans Night courts for speedy justice for trafficking victims

To provide speedy justice to the trafficking victims, Delhi govt has planned to open night courts. Advocates are checking the licensing agreements and mechanisms of massage parlours, beauty parlours and other such places in the city. The rescued victims will also be provided with legal aid if they come out against their violators. Delhi has been identified as a “destination area” for trafficking by the policy.
