Deposit Rs 5000 in accounts of PSV badge holders in 10 days: High Court to Delhi's Transport Department

The Delhi High Court on Friday directed the Transport Department of Delhi to clear the balance and deposit sum of Rs 5000 into bank accounts of eligible non-chip PSV badge holders within 10 days. PIL sought the directions to the Transport Department to provide the onetime financial benefit of Rs 5,000/- to lifetime PSV badge holders. Court asked department to deposit the money within 10 days and disposed of the matter.
