India ripped through Pakistan at UNHRC for raising the Kashmir issue. India "does not need lessons from a failed state like Pakistan which is the epicentre of terrorism and worst abuser of human rights," said Pawan Badhe, the first secretary in India's permanent mission in Geneva. India also hit out at OIC for supporting Pak is raising the issue. India said OIC was "helplessly" allowing itself to be held "hostage" by Islamabad.
