In yet another high-profile exit from the Congress, former MP Sushmita Dev has resigned from the party. Dev wrote a letter to party chief Sonia Gandhi, informing her about the resignation. She also changed her Twitter bio to “Former Member” of Congress. She didn't provide any concrete reason for resigning from the party. In her letter to Sonia Gandhi, Dev said she was “beginning a new chapter of public service”.
