Former South Korean President Lee Myung-bak has been sentenced 15 years in prison on multiple charges of corruptions including bribery and embezzlement. Lee has denied most of the charges and has one week to appeal. He served as the president of South Korea from 2008-2013 and was arrested in last March. Since then he was being held at a detention centre in Seoul. This is a huge blow to the South Korean conservatives.
