France launches chat app for govt officials to communicate

To keep up with its promise France has launched a chat app, Tchap which will allow the government officials to communicate with each other through Android, iOS and the web with greater security than any off-the-shelf app. Their all the personal conversations will be encrypted end-to-end, and all the data will be saved in France. All you need is just a French government email address to sign up.
