Fugitive businessman Vijay Mallya cited the CCD owner VG Siddhartha's disappearance to corner the govt agencies & banks while saying that he is devastated with the contents of the letter. He said that 'the govt and banks can drive anyone to despair. In Western countries, govt & banks help borrowers repay their debts. In my case, they are blocking every possible effort for me to repay whilst competing for my assets.'
