Hours after Union Cabinet recommended the President rule on the report of the Governor invoking Article 356 of the constitution in Maharastra, President Ram Nath Kovind approves the governor's recommendation which means President's rule has now been imposed in Maharashtra. We will file a second petition today itself if the President's rule is imposed in the state, said Shiv Sena Advocate.
