Harish Iyer made news for proposing same-sex marriage in 2015, now again made headlines with his announcement to join politics. He has officially joined Congress & looks forward to working with Mumbai Congress team on issues such as homophobia, transphobia, Islamophobia & the politics of hate. He has been proactively working as an Indian Equal Right Activists & organizes gay pride parade in India to find the rights of LGBTQ.
