Hours after a controversy erupted over Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal live streaming the in-house meeting between PM Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of different states, Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma took to Twitter to slam the Delhi CM for oxygen shortage. Himata tagged Kejriwal and said that Assam has installed 8 Oxygen plants while Delhi installed just one, He said that PM Modi had given Delhi funds for 8 plants.
