Hope for "frank discussions on all matters": PM Modi ahead of winter session of parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi talked to the media ahead of the start of the winter session of parliament today and said he hoped for "frank discussions on all matters". He further said that he hoped all parties will contribute in a positive and proactive way, as they did in the previous session. It is even more important as this is the 250th Parliament session of the Rajya Sabha. This is the last Parliament session of 2019.
