PM Narendra Modi took a subtle dig at those using human rights violations as a tool while speaking at the 28th National Human Rights Commission Foundation Day program. "Some people see human rights violations in certain incidents but not in other similar incidents. Human rights are violated when viewed through the lens of politics. Selective behaviour is harmful to democracy and tarnishes the nation's image," the PM said.
