In case of corruption, sensitive data comes under RTI: SC to Center

The Supreme Court today while hearing pleas for a review of its former judgment in the Rafale case, told the Center that in case of corruption, even if the documents are sensitive, they'll come under RTI Act. This comes after the government was forcing the Apex court to not to consider the leaked data as they were stolen. Public Interest Lawyer said arguments over this are waste as details are on public domains already.
