Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted the need to counter growing radicalisation in his virtual address at the annual summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. "Increasing radicalisation is the root cause of these problems. The recent events in Afghanistan have underlined this challenge. The SCO should develop a shared template to fight radicalism and extremism," the Prime Minister said.
