India opens space sector for private sector, can use ISRO facilities: Govt

FM Nirmala Sitharaman announced the fourth tranche of the Centre's economic relief package and announced that private sector will be allowed to use ISRO facilities and other relevant assets to improve their capacities. Future projects for planetary exploration, outer space travel etc to be opened for private sector. Will provide predictable policy and regulatory environment to private players, she added.
