India puts new restrictions on trade with North Korea

India has imposed a new set of restrictions on trade with the country North Korea as per UN sanctions on Pyongyang for its ballistic missile programme. As said by the government on Wednesday, the new restrictions have been implied on new or used vessels, farm products, food products, electrical equipment and wood. Even though trade has been restricted, India still maintains its diplomatic relations with North Korea.
