Former IAF chief BS Dhanoa made a big revelation post-retirement that India was ready to attack Pak army installations if Pak air force had hit Indian targets successfully post Balakot airstrike. He said during a discussion on 'understanding the message of Balakot' in Chandigarh. He said the biggest lesson learnt was technology matters. PAF was not able to hit a single army installation in J&K in its retaliatory attacks.
