India spent Rs 30,000cr on Water conservation in last 5 years

According to the Government of India, the country is witnessing a severe water crisis. However, the government has spent Rs 30,000 crores in water conservation in the last 5 years. The center is going to continue with the present arrangement without bringing 'water' in the Concurrent List from the State list. Jal Shakti minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat added that it is a global problem where India is also facing the heat.
