India takes US to WTO

After the US imposed import duties on steel and aluminium from India, India has taken the US to the World Trade Organization as India states such a decision would impact their exports to the US and that this is not in accordance with global trade rules. The first step would be to consult with the US on the same. If this step doesn't work, then India can request the WTO for a dispute settlement panel to arbitrate.
