Downgrading ties is attempt to present alarming picture to the world: India urge Pak to review decision

A day after Pakistan decision in respect of bilateral relations with India in a wake of scrapping of Article 370 in J&K, India urged Pak to review the decision so that normal channels for diplomatic communications are preserved. India claimed that decision regarding Article 370 is entirely the internal affair of India. India also questions Pak's intention and said Pak reasons are not supported by facts on the ground.
