South Korea said that its tanker that was seized by Iran amid a dispute over billions in frozen oil funds, has been released along with its captain. The container, Hankuk Chemi and its multinational crew of 20 sailors, was seized by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in January. Tehran had accused the ship of "repeated infringement of maritime environmental laws". More than $7 billion of Iranian funds are blocked in Iran.
