And now Irish politician Luke Ming Flanagan appeared on camera attending a European Parliament committee meeting in underpants. The Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development was plodding along at a pedestrian pace on Tuesday when Ming was witnessed half dressed in camera in front of committee members.
